Join the Kiwanis Club of Raleigh as we welcome Josie Reeves, Head of Design and Brand Strategy for Kane Realty. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Josie has spent her career helping shape some of the Triangle's most recognizable mixed-use developments. She oversees the design, placemaking, branding, and programming for Kane Realty's projects, collaborating with architects, landscape designers, artists, and community partners to create places where people can truly live, work, and play.

Josie has guided the design vision for more than $2 billion in development projects throughout Greater Raleigh, including North Hills, The Dillon, Smoky Hollow, and the future Downtown South district. Passionate about storytelling through design, she believes great cities are built by creating memorable experiences and meaningful connections between people and place. During her presentation, Josie will share insights into the evolution of Raleigh's urban landscape, the principles of placemaking, and how thoughtful development can strengthen communities for generations to come.
