Join the Kiwanis Club of Raleigh as we welcome Patricia Burch, Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity of Wake County. Patricia has dedicated nearly two decades of her career to Habitat for Humanity, serving in a variety of leadership roles before becoming CEO of Habitat Wake in 2022. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, she spent nearly 16 years with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Birmingham, where she most recently served as Executive Director. She holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of West Florida and has also completed executive leadership studies through NC State University.

Under Patricia's leadership, Habitat Wake continues its mission of bringing people together to build safe, affordable homes, communities, and hope throughout Wake and Johnston counties. As demand for affordable housing continues to grow across our region, she has focused on expanding Habitat's impact through innovative partnerships, volunteer engagement, and advocacy. During her presentation, Patricia will discuss the challenges of housing affordability in our community, Habitat's unique homeownership model, and how individuals and organizations can help create lasting opportunities for local families.
